July 15th, We are in the tail end of our bloom. We will have approx 4 acres of lavender still in bloom (1/4 of our fields). After the weekend we will finish harvesting the remaining flowers. Weekday entry fee $7/$9 weekend fee.
Used by many of the top bars and restaurants in New York City, these bags are filled with English lavender flowers from the 2017 harvest. Great for any recipe calling for a sweet lavender taste and aroma. Also, makes for a relaxing and soothing cup of tea. Mixes well with green, chamomile, Earl Grey and mint tea.
