Microwave in 30-second intervals, shaking gently after each interval.

Do not exceed 2 minutes total heating time per use.

After each 30 seconds, stop the microwave and check the temperature for at least 5 seconds to prevent overheating or burning.

We purchased this as a gift for a family member with back pain and we know she will benefit from using it and enjoy the relaxing lavender scent too.
There is nothing better than a Lavender by the Bay neck and back wrap. I suffer from migraines and this is the only remedy that gets rid of them. Simply spritz it with a water bottle and place in microwave for 90 sec intervals ( about two to three minutes) then relax in a dark room with this wrapped around your head and neck. I call it Lavender BLISS. Also use it before bed. It’s so soothing and the lavender scent is fantastic.
