While we have both English and French lavender planted on our 17
acres, the majority of our farm is French lavender. Our plants come into
full, gorgeous bloom during three different times. Please note these
bloom times are approximations and are ultimately decided by Mother
Nature. Check the website and Facebook for updates:
First English Bloom – We have many varieties of English lavender spread out over the farm. Our English lavender is exquisite with many varying shades of color. This bloom typically takes place mid-to-late June and sometimes into early July.
The French Bloom – This is a great time to visit because the bloom is quite impressive in size and color. It usually begins in early July and lasts for about 2 weeks.
Second English Bloom – Some English lavender blooms twice, so we get a smaller round of delightful flowers later in the summer. This bloom typically starts mid-September and extends into the Fall.
We are weather dependent, so please check with us before planning your visit. Keep in mind we are a working farm; during the bloom, we systematically cut peak lavender for fresh and dried bunches. Therefore, the later you visit during each bloom, the smaller the flowering fields will be.
During the bloom, the fee is $8 per person to enter the fields on
weekends, of which $1 will be donated to a local charity. There will be a
reduced fee during the week, at $5 per person, to encourage customers
to enjoy the fields during our less busy times.
Check our Facebook page for updates on bloom times.
