Ease into your evening by sipping on lavender tea.
Try this simple recipe (lavender + water) as a serene addition to your night time routine.
Start by preparing your utensils. If you have a tea strainer and tea pot, you may place the lavender buds into the strainer as you would with any loose herbs.
Alternatively, if you do not have access to these tools, you may mix one teaspoon of lavender with one cup of water in a pot and bring it to a steam. As the lavender infuses into the water, notice the change in color. Before the water comes to a boil, take it off of the heat and strain it through a strainer with small wholes to separate the lavender buds from the liquid.
Wala! You have made lavender tea!
