I am a beekeeper, and I still crave lavender honey. Honey from a field of lavender has a distinct character, different from the nectar my bees collect. And, folks, pure honey is an entirely different substance than the commercial blends. You must try it to understand.

Worth the seasonal wait!

The lavender honey is so worth the seasonal wait. I was bummed to have missed it last year, so keep my eyes peeled this season and was not disappointed. It is delicious to add to tea or serve with fruit and cheese (and especially just on its own!).

Delicious honey with the taste and scent of a hint of lavender. Very good in my white tea. Also good lightly drizzled on a slice of buttered toast! I try to order before they run out - which is pretty quickly 💜
